Darling Said to Plan $3 Billion for Investments in U.K. Clean Energy Fund U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer
Alistair Darling will propose this week a 2 billion-pound ($3
billion) fund to encourage corporate investment, said a person
with knowledge of the plan, an effort to spur the economy while
